What does the ordinance say about the closure of shops and supermarkets
Specifically, the new deed signed by President Zingaretti orders and establishes that: on holidays and the eve of holidays, the wholesale commercial activities referred to in letter b) section 1 art. 15 of regional law n. 22 of November 6, 2019, provided that the sale is made exclusively to the holders of VAT numbers, with direct access to the structures allowed only to the same subjects. The commercial activities of car showrooms and horticultural companies also remain open. Furthermore, no retail and wholesale commercial activity can continue to sell to the public with access to the premises after 9:00 p.m. on weekdays, holidays and pre-holidays; that all permitted commercial activities are in any case necessary to guarantee: a. surveillance to verify compliance with interpersonal distances and the prohibition of assembly; second. method of quota / staggering of admissions, in order to ensure the numerical limits of the presence of clients and employees; C. the security and prevention measures identified in Annex 9 of the Prime Minister’s Decree of November 3, 2020 “Guidelines for the reopening of economic, productive and recreational activities of the Conference of Autonomous Regions and Provinces of October 8, 2020” .
