In the last hours there has been a urgent confrontation in Catanzaro between the acting president of the Calabria Region, Nino Spirlì, the head of the working group, Antonio Belcastro, and the various representatives of the political groups on the Council.
On the table – the Gazzetta del Sud reports on the newsstands – the possibility of reviewing the anti-contagion measures is obviously insufficient to slow the rise in coronavirus infections. The reduction of schools, hospitals and residences for the elderly is approaching. The restrictive measures in process will have an initial duration of two weeks.
Distance learning is back. The new ordinance, which will probably come out between today and tomorrow, and which will probably be in force as of next Monday, aims to restore distance education in lower and upper secondary education centers (secondary and preparatory). The didactic activity will remain present only in the schools of the first educational cycle (infant and primary).
Places of hospitalization. Limitations will also be imposed on the opinions of relatives and family members of patients admitted to public and private health facilities.
A second period is possible. Determined now to avoid economic repercussions for companies in the face of Christmas. A second period of restrictions is possible. But always before Christmas.
