The epidemiological curve continues to rise and even in the yellow regions the reopening scheduled for January 7 no longer seems to be taken for granted. Already on Tuesday, when the Istituto Superiore di Sanit examines the progress of the Sars-CoV-2 infection, the government could decide to extend some restrictions, at least until the expiration of the Dpcm scheduled for January 15. There are six regions that could change bands as of Friday, January 8, others are at risk. With the reopening of schools and free mobility again, there is a fear that the situation will worsen even more and that is why we are considering how and where to intervene. Yesterday the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza set the reopening of the ski resorts for January 18, postponing the date set by two weeks according to those responsible. Now we look at the deadlines for the other sectors.
The Rt index: between 1.25 and 1.50
According to the criteria established by the Ministry of Health, regions with a Rt greater than 1.25 are likely to pass into the orange band, those that exceed 1.50 could enter the red band. Of course, all monitoring parameters have to be taken into account and therefore nothing has been decided yet, but the contacts between theHigher Institute of Health and the governors’ delegates aim precisely to establish what will have to happen as of January 8: to evaluate the necessary measures to prevent even the sacrifices made by citizens in these last two Christmas weeks can be canceled.
The six regions at risk

A measure that FIPE, the Federation of Public Companies, is preparing to fight against because it is considered distressing for those who are already paying a very high price.
The prohibition to move
The other possibility, on the other hand, affects freedom of movement. The prohibition of crossing regional borders or the obligation to all remain in their municipality of residence, as anticipated by the orange band. In this case, however, there is the exception of traveling for proven needs that are work, health and emergency reasons. Without excluding the possibility of leaving the possibility two people to visit family and friends. Also in this case, the extension could be worth one week to reach the expiration of the Dpcm and re-evaluate the entire system of measures and regulations to be put into effect.
