In addition to individuals, there are also public hospitals that use the dual channel, that of the national health system and that pay: in Santi Paolo e Carlo you can get a swab without request from the treating doctor paying 70 euros; in Niguarda for 90 euros. Response generally guaranteed within 48 hours.
