ANCONA – COVID-19, Five hundred fewer swabs were tested than yesterday, but also 150 fewer positive cases. This is the trend compared between Thursday and Friday. These are today’s official data: the Marche Region Health Service has reported that 3,367 swabs have been tested in the last 24 hours: 1,725 in the new diagnostic route and 1,642 in the cured route.
The positives are 512 in the new diagnostic route (158 in the province of Macerata, 145 in the province of Ancona, 113 in the province of Pesaro-Urbino, 46 in the province of Fermo, 47 in the province of Ascoli Piceno and 3 from outside the region).

These cases include symptomatic subjects (77 cases detected), household contacts (117 cases detected), close contacts of positive cases (148 cases detected), contacts in the work environment (29 cases detected), contacts in living / social settings (31 cases detected), contacts in the healthcare field (4 cases detected), contacts with the involvement of students from all educational levels (16 cases detected), screening of healthcare channels (6 cases detected) and 2 returns from abroad. For another 82 cases, epidemiological investigations are still underway.
On Thursday, however, 667 new cases of positivity emerged in the Marche region with 3,795 swabs tested, of which 2,213 were related to the new diagnostic route and 1,582 to the cured route.
