It was published in the special Official Gazette of the Basilicata Region n. 86 of October 3, 2020 Ordinance number 36/2020 of the President of the Basilicata Region, Vito Bardi, which contains urgent provisions for the containment and management of the health emergency of COVID-19 related to the Municipalities of Marsicovetere e Tramutola.
With immediate effect and until October 13, 2020, without prejudice to the state, regional and commissioned measures already in force to contain the risk of spread of COVID-19, the following additional measures are adopted with reference to the Municipalities of Marsicovetere and Tramutola :
the activities of the catering services (including bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pastry shops) are suspended between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
activities related to personal services (including hairdressers, barbers, beauticians), except laundries and cleaning of textile and leather articles, industrial laundries, dry cleaners, funeral services and related activities are suspended;
sporting events and competitions in public and private places are suspended; save individual sports or motor activity outdoors, provided that the interpersonal safety distance of at least two meters is respected for sports activity and one meter for any other activity;
basic sports activities and physical activity in general carried out in gyms, swimming pools, sports centers and public and private clubs, or in other facilities where activities aimed at the well-being of the person through physical exercise are suspended;
Activities and shows open to the public in theater halls, concert halls, cinemas, gaming halls, betting halls and bingo halls, as well as activities carried out in dance halls and discotheques and similar venues, are suspended at the outdoors or indoors, fairs and congresses, museums and libraries;
the activities of the wellness centers, spas (with the exception of the services included in the essential levels of assistance), cultural centers, social and recreational centers are suspended;
the holding of receptions in the context of ceremonies (eg weddings) and similar events, including congresses and company meetings, is suspended;
Educational services for children and face-to-face teaching activities are suspended in schools of all levels, as well as the frequency of school and higher education activities, including vocational training courses and training activities carried out by local public bodies and by private entities.
Although it is not expressly regulated by the ordinance, the provisions of the decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of September 7, 2020, as well as the provisions contained in the ordinances of the Minister of Health of August 12 and August 16, are applicable. 2020.
