Another 445 new cases of coronavirus in Liguria, diagnosed on the basis of 4,130 molecular swabs, in addition to another 2,416 unhealthy swabs.

The newsletter of December 25 from the Region and Alisa confirms the numbers of the last days: the new positives are growing more in the territory of ASL 3, with 236 infected, for a total of 3,115 positives in the Genoese province. The positive people residing in Liguria, but outside the region, are 158, while 246 swabs are being tested. The total of positives in the Ligurian territory, as of December 25, is therefore 5,806 people, with 11 new victims (the youngest is 72 years old, the oldest 92).

The number of hospitalized patients fell: 727 in all Liguria, 24 less than on Christmas Eve, while the intensive care units remained 64. The majority, 207, are in the San Martino polyclinic, in Villa Scassi there are 67, in Galliera 89. 1,607 recovered (these are patients who resolve the symptoms of the infection and are negative in the molecular test, but also patients who resolve the symptoms of the infection and for whom 21 days have elapsed since the onset of symptoms).

On the active surveillance front, 5,690 people are spending Christmas in self-isolation due to positive cases. The people who are being cared for at home, on the other hand, are 4,942.
