There are 1423 cases of coronavirus in Sicily in 24 hours. 34 victims, never that many in one day, plus infections. Two more patients in intensive care (159 in total) and ten in ordinary regimen (1,157), therefore less than yesterday, with a downward trend. Swabs done, 9525 (slightly higher than Thursday). The current positives are 19,513, 18,197 in home isolation, 28,825 cases in total and 8,684 discharged cured.
The curve of the epidemic in Italy is still uphill. Today there are 37,809 cases, a new all-time high, against 34,405 yesterday. A record also for swabs, 234,245 (almost 15 thousand more than yesterday), but the positive / swab ratio still rises to 16.14% compared to 15.69% 24 hours ago. The deaths are still high, 446 (yesterday 445): the total number of victims amounts to 40,638. This is what emerges from the daily bulletin of the Ministry of Health.
Elevation of the healed, 10,586 in 24 hours (yesterday they were 4-961), for a total of 322,925. The positives are currently close to half a million (they are 499,118, 26,770 more than yesterday). There is also a new jump in intensive care admissions, +124 (yesterday +99), which is already 2,515 in total, while ordinary income is 749 more (yesterday 1,140), for a total of 24,005. There are 472,598 people in home isolation.
