Coronavirus Marche, new peak of infections: today there are 86. 13 in the Macerata area
The Marche Region Health Service has reported that 2,398 swabs have been tested in the last 24 hours: 1,311 in the new diagnostic route and 1,087 in the cured route. There are 86 positives in the new diagnostic route: 31 in the province of Ancona, 16 in the province of Ascoli Piceno, 14 in the province of Fermo, 13 in the province of Macerata, 12 in the province of Pesaro-Urbino. These cases include symptomatic subjects (21 cases detected), contacts at home (20 cases detected), close contacts of positive cases (17 cases detected), 1 return from abroad – Romania, contacts in a work environment (5 cases detected), contacts in the living / entertainment environment (6 cases detected), contacts in the healthcare environment (4 cases detected), contacts in the school / training environment (9 cases).
Epidemiological investigations are being carried out in 3 cases. This is one of the largest increases in new cases recorded in recent months.
There is an increase compared to yesterday, when the new infected were 49 compared to the 1,188 new diagnoses.
The total number of infected in the Marche region amounts to 8,485 out of a total of 156,147 samples analyzed.
