Argentina, 200 deaths and 11 thousand infections
The coronavirus pandemic continues to be felt strongly in Argentina, where another 10,933 infections and 199 deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours. The Telam news agency reports. The latest report from the health authorities also indicates that with the new cases the infected reached 439,172, of which 9,118 died, while 315,530 were cured. Regarding the situation of seriously ill patients, 2,359 people are currently hospitalized in resuscitation units, with a bed occupancy rate of 61.1% in the national territory and 68.8% in the area and province of Buenos Aires. This last region, the Ministry of Health finally reports, continues to represent the majority of Covid-19 cases, registering 69.35% of the national total in the last 24 hours.
