In Italy, on December 21, another 10,872 cases of coronavirus out of 87,889 and 415 deaths were registered. This was announced by the Ministry of Health. The relationship between the swabs performed and the positive ones identified is around 12.4, and it continues to increase, by more than one point, with respect to the value on Sunday (11).
Lazio, 1205 positives and 42 deaths, ratio of 9%
Of more than 12,000 swabs in Lazio (-1,344), there are 1,205 positive cases (-8), 42 deaths (+21) and +1,451 recovered. Cases are declining and hospitalizations increase deaths and intensive care remains stable. The ratio of positives to swabs is 9%. Cases in the city of Rome remain stable at 500

On Brands 162 positive
There are 162 positives in the new diagnostic process detected in the Marks in the last 24 hours. A smaller number, like every Monday, due to the lower number of swabs tested on Sunday. The Health Service of the Region has announced that 1,434 swabs have been tested in the last 24 hours: 889 in the new diagnostic route (450 of which in the screening with the antigenic route) and 545 in the cured route. Of 162 positives, 71 are from the province of Pesaro Urbino, 58 from Ancona, 13 from Fermo, 12 from Macerata, 7 from Ascoli Piceno and 1 from outside the region.
These cases include symptomatic subjects (21), household contacts (34), close contacts of positive cases (46), contacts in the work environment (4), contacts in life / social settings (15), contacts in a care (2), contacts with the participation of students of all educational levels (2), screening of care itineraries (6). For another 32 cases, epidemiological investigations are still underway. In the 450 tests of the antigenic pathway, 29 positive cases were found, to be subjected to molecular swab.
In Basilicata 111 new positives and four deaths
One hundred and eleven of the 1,649 swabs tested in Basilicata over the past weekend were positive, but only 96 refer to people residing in the region: the regional task force reported, explaining that there were also four other deaths. In two days, 105 people were cured, bringing the total number of people who survived the coronavirus to 3,742, while the total number of victims rose to 220. The Lucans “currently positive are 5,788,” of which 5,689 are in home isolation. There are 99 people admitted to the Potenza and Matera hospitals, eight of whom are in intensive care (four in Potenza and four in Matera). Since the start of the health emergency, 174,938 swabs have been analyzed in Basilicata, of which 162,780 were negative.
