TRENTO. There is A victim in Trentino due to COVID-19. It is the eleventh death registered in exactly 1 week, the tragic balance of this week amounts to 10 victims, while 12 deaths in 20 twenty days and 482 deaths since the beginning of the epidemic. I am instead 82 new positives and here they are 3 more people that they must go to the attention of the health system. There are still 50 classes currently under quarantine measures.. This is the update of the Province and Provincial Company for health services today, Saturday October 17, at the forefront of the coronavirus emergency. The absolute number is lower than yesterday (111 infections), but it is still among the highest in this period. Have been analyzed 1,714 total swabs155 positive tests for a contagion / buffer ratio of 9%, a very high figure that shows the resurgence of the epidemic curve in the province of South Tyrol. 951 people were tested and 1 in 6 citizens was infected. After adjusting for the number of infections in March, the October 14th (124 cases – here article) and in the Yesterday with 128 positives (article here), today there is a new significant increase in infections.

The contagion numbers increase however, fortunately no deaths were recorded. There is 1 more patient in intensive care: 63 people (-3 compared to yesterday) are in normal hospital wards and 7 (+1) have to resort to intensive care (article here).
