The Report on the trend of daily mortality in Italian cities, updated on December 1, 2020, has been published. In October, 593 deaths were registered in Palermo, against an average of 465 in the last 5 years (+128 deaths, equal to + 28%).
In November, 789 deaths were registered in Palermo, against an average of 480 in the last 5 years (+309 deaths, equal to + 64%). In Catania, however, the number of victims in November increased by 69%. Lowest numbers in Messina: + 6%.

– Falcone and Borsellino Airport: 800 swabs – 0 positive
– Port of Palermo: 380 swabs – 0 positive
– Port of Termini Imerese: 86 swabs – 0 positive
– Fiera del Mediterraneo: 1,020 swabs – 39 positive.
Those who test positive on the quick swab are subjected to the “molecular” test at the same site according to diagnostic protocols.
