In detail, without prejudice to all the measures already in force to contain the risk of spreading the virus, from 9 a.m. tomorrow, Monday, October 19, 2020 and until midnight on Monday, October 26, 2020, with reference to the entire territory of the municipality of Randazzo (Catania), the following additional measures are adopted:
- Prohibition of circulation, on foot or by any public and / or private means, within the municipal term, except for indifferent labor needs or situations of need and health reasons, or for the purchase and / or consumption of food and purchase of articles of first necessity only once a day;
- choice as the main mode of work of the smart work and promotion, by public and private employers, of the use of vacations and leave for their employees;
- mandatory home isolation for subjects confirmed positive for Covid-19 infection, even if they are asymptomatic;
- fiduciary home isolation for subjects with symptoms of respiratory infection and fever over 37.5 ° and activation of health surveillance by the treating physician;
- suspension of all sporting events, including training activities;
- suspension of all cultural, recreational, sporting and religious events (major events, cinemas, theaters, pubs, dance schools, galleries, discos, etc.);
- suspension of all civil and religious ceremonies, with the exception of funeral ceremonies with a maximum of 15 participants;
- suspension of all educational services for children and activities of schools of all levels, with the activation of the so-called “distance learning”;
- Access fee to commercial establishments, allowed to only one person at a time and always with the use of personal protective equipment. Take away food and home sales are allowed within the municipal area;
- closure of museums, libraries and places of culture;
- suspension of public competitions (except those of health personnel);
- suspension of gym, sports, cultural, social and recreational activities;
- banquets and private parties of any kind;
- closing of markets.
Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1 above, only transit, within and outside the municipal territory, is allowed for the entry and exit of food products, health products and essential goods and / or services. In addition, the transit, in and out, of residents or domiciled (even de facto) in the Municipalities in question, is allowed exclusively to guarantee the activities necessary for the care and raising of animals, as well as for business activities that They cannot be deferred in everything related to the biological cycle of plants, provided they are carried out individually.
