SASSARI. A total of 25,477 Covid-19 positivity cases have been determined in Sardinia since the beginning of the emergency. In the latest update of the Regional Crisis Unit, 198 new cases were detected. In total, 413,872 swabs were performed with an increase of 4,285 tests. On the other hand, 595 patients are currently hospitalized in non-intensive wards (fifteen less than yesterday), while the number of patients in intensive care is 64 (+1). There are 14,406 people in home isolation. The progressive number of positive cases includes 9,729 (+114) recovered patients, plus another 120 clinically recovered. In the territory, of a total of 25,477 confirmed positive cases, 5,557 (+64) were detected in the metropolitan city of Cagliari, 4,055 (+48) in southern Sardinia, 2,041 (+35) in Oristano, 4,706 (+10) ) in Nuoro, 9,118 (+41) in Sassari.
