BOLOGNA – There are 1,129 new cases of positivity (of which 639 asymptomatic) registered in Emilia-Romagna, arising from the 17,913 swabs performed in the last 24 hours. The percentage of new positives over the number of swabs made since yesterday is 6.3%. Yesterday 1,162 people out of 20 thousand swabs performed (5.84%) tested positive, 68 deaths.
The current situation of infections in the provinces sees Bologna with 247 new cases; followed by Ravenna (162), Rimini (134), Modena (120), Piacenza (111), Ferrara (101), Reggio Emilia (75), Parma (60). Then Cesena and Forlì (both 40) and Imola (39).
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 159,472 positive cases have been registered in the region, of which 94,188 have recovered. Active cases, that is, real patients, to date have been reduced to 58,125 (-1,721 compared to yesterday), of which 55,015 (-1,630) in home isolation; 207 in intensive care (-3 compared to yesterday), those of the rest of the Covid departments fell (-88), a total of 2,803.

Three deaths (which occurred in Piacenza, Ravenna and Rimini) refer to persons residing or domiciled outside the region.
In total, 7,259 deaths in the region since the beginning of the epidemic.
In the territory, patients admitted to intensive care are distributed as follows: 14 in Piacenza (-2 compared to yesterday), 14 in Parma (unchanged), 18 in Reggio Emilia (-1), 45 in Modena (+5), 53 in Bologna (-2), 5 in Imola (-2), 16 in Ferrara (-1), 19 in Ravenna (+1), 3 in Forlì (unchanged), 2 in Cesena ( unchanged) and 18 in Rimini (-1)).
