At the moment, these are guidelines or suggestions that politicians will have to evaluate, before making them mandatory or possibly modifying them. In addition to the minimum distances to be respected, the experts also appreciate the adoption of an application to preset your place on free beaches. Here are the guidelines in detail.
Equipped beaches
Obviously, each plant has different characteristics, so everyone must act taking into account their maximum capacity, in order to avoid meetings and maintain social distance both in the water and on the beach.
The arrival

On the beach

The task of the plant will be to register all the people who rent an umbrella for one or more days and to disinfect the equipment every time the clients take turns. The minimum distance between the rows of umbrellas must be at least 5 meters, while the distance between the umbrellas in the same row must be at least 4.5 meters. The beds or chairs of different families cannot be less than 2 meters.
Services
The cabins, which can only be used by the same family unit, must always be disinfected at the end of each reservation. Games or activities that can encourage meetings are prohibited. The pools inside the plants must be closed. The social distance of at least 2 meters for showers, strictly outdoors and toilets must also be respected. Both spaces should always be disinfected at the end of the day. Cleaning with common detergents in common areas should be done at least once a day. Disinfection of services that cannot be disinfected between the use of one client and another must be at least “regular”. An indication, according to several critics, is quite vague.

Free beaches
Compliance with anti-assembly rules is obviously left to the common sense of users, as there are no lifeguards who can control. Each municipality, according to the characteristics of the individual beaches, will have to define the methods of access and use.
The arrival
Inail and the ISS suggest placing advertising signs in different languages at the access points that contain clear indications on the behavior to be followed, in particular the rules on social distancing (at least one meter) and the collection ban should be clear.
On the beach
Each beach or cove will have to be mapped and organized as if it were a bathhouse, to define a maximum capacity. Each station will be delimited by tapes (or other similar non-dangerous precautions) and can be booked for the entire day or for a specific time interval through an app or by other means. This way, it will be easier to trace the contacts of a possible person who tests positive for Coronavirus. Solutions should also be explored to limit parking for swimmers on the shoreline and avoid meetings.
Services
Appropriate measures to clean the beach and disinfect common equipment, such as toilets, if present, should be ensured.
