According to today’s bulletin, on the first day of the year, in Lombardy the number of people hospitalized decreases by 2 coronavirus in intensive care, which now number 487, and also in the rest of the wards, where there are 3,352 patients (-85). Against 25,467 swabs analyzed, there are 3,056 new positives, of which 462 in Brescia. The positivity index rises slightly: today it is 11.9%, while Yesterday it was 11.7%.

The total number of healed and discharged is 2287, while deaths are 80, bringing the total number of victims since the start of the pandemic to 25,203.

Regarding the provincial detail, the new cases are 800 Milan, of which 308 in the city, 122 in Bergamo, 221 in Como, 76 in Cremona, 136 in Lecco, 77 in Lodi, 328 in Mantua, 233 in Monza and Brianza , 308 in Pavia, 64 in Sondrio and 157 in Varese.
