The most important refers to the” use of the mask, which is mandatory even outdoors for all citizens, excluding children under 6 years of age and people with disabilities not compatible with the use of the protective device.

This is in particular the order number. 68 that, without prejudice to state and regional measures to contain the risk of spreading the virus already in force, in the regional territory, until the end of October 7, 2020, provides:

  • the obligation, throughout the region, to correctly wear a mask or other suitable protection to cover the nose and mouth, as well as in all closed places accessible to the public and by public transport, even in all outdoor places, all day long, regardless of interpersonal distance, without prejudice to the exceptions provided by current regulations. Community masks can be used, that is, disposable masks or washable masks, even of own production, in suitable multilayer materials to provide an adequate barrier and, at the same time, guarantee comfort and breathability, adequate shape and adherence that allow covering from the chin up to the above the nose. However, children under the age of six and people with disabilities are exempted from the obligation to use respiratory protection. not compatible with the continued use of the mask, nor the subjects who interact with the aforementioned and people during individual exercise of motor and / or sports activity;
  • are confirmed in absolute prohibition of assembly, compliance with interpersonal distancing measures and preventive hygiene measures; The obligation to measure the body temperature of employees and users is established, preventing access in cases where a temperature higher than 37.5 ° C is detected and communicating the fact to the Prevention Directorate of the ASP territorially competent for the obligations of consequence.
