With Resolution no. 162 of 05/29/2018, the Provincial Council had already halved the health superticket from a maximum of 30 euros to an additional 15 euros per service. The measure affected 1.5 million Lombard citizens with an endowment of 20 million euros in addition to the 70 that the Lombardy Region already supported for additional exemptions to the national ones. Through Resolution 2085 of 07/31/2019, in order to support conditions of potential vulnerability that combine lower-middle income with the presence in the family of minors or disabled people, the Regional Council had exempted from the superticket – thanks to an allocation of 10,456,000 euros – 625,000 citizens who were in the following situations: • tax households with incomes between 18,000 and 30,000 euros with at least one minor present in the nucleus (approximately 315,000 new exempt) • tax households with incomes between 30,000 and 70,000 euros with at least two minors present in the nucleus (approximately 260,000 new exempt) • tax families with income up to 90,000 with a person affected by one of the following disability exemptions: G01, G02, L01, L02, S01, S02, C01, C02, C03, C04, C05, C06 (around 50,000 new exempted).
