FOLLONICA – An elementary school class in via Buozzi has been closed for Covid. In fact, the ASL of Grosseto has registered a positive child and, therefore, the manager has communicated the home isolation (quarantine) for 10 days, until the completion of the diagnostic tests of the class and the school personnel involved.
Therefore, teaching activities are suspended: Follonica’s class is one of the first to adopt a quarantine reduced to 10 days compared to the 14 so far regulated. In fact, the new circular of the Ministry of Health has foreseen 10 days of isolation of the last positive contact for asymptomatic patients and a single negative swab to be able to return to school or, in any case, to resume normal activities.
Meanwhile, the other classes can continue to follow the lessons safely.
