“Liguria from Wednesday November 11 will become the orange zone for the next 14 days.” This was announced by the President of the Liguria Region, Giovanni Toti.
Minister Speranza communicated this to the governor.
“Although I am perplexed by the difference in treatment compared to last week,” says Toti-, in the face of more or less similar figures, I think it is correct not to enter into controversy with the government and take note of this decision. Without a doubt, our hospitals are under great pressure, the medical world is asking for interventions and in these situations we believe that the criterion of prudence should always prevail ”.
5 other regions in the orange area
Four other regions, as anticipated by the President of the Abruzzo Region, Marco Marsilio, become the orange zone and are: Abruzzo, Basilicata, Tuscany and Umbria. The Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza – based on the data processed by the control room – will sign an ordinance in the afternoon that will be in force as of Wednesday, November 11. It is also confirmed that the province of Bolzano passes into the red zone.
With regard specifically to the measures provided for by the Dpcm of November 3 on the school for the orange areas, everything remains the same as the yellow areas, that is, face-to-face teaching is guaranteed for classes up to high school. The high school will follow the lessons remotely.
In the red areas, we remind you, face-to-face teaching is also suspended for the second and third grade of high school.
It also remains a must for everyone to wear the mask even with the distance meter. To clarify this more today the Ministry of Education with the note nn 1994 and with the Faq in the section Back to school. When and how is it necessary to wear the mask at school?
For Umbria, it should be noted that on November 5 the Region confirmed distance learning also for all lower secondary school classes until November 14.
