Christmas markets, discos and parties are prohibited.
The activities carried out in dance halls and discos and similar venues, outdoors or indoors, are always suspended. Parties are prohibited indoors and outdoors, including those resulting from civil and religious ceremonies. Christmas markets are also prohibited skiers fan are still closed and all remain suspended cruise ships leave, make a stop or arrive in Italian ports.
Religious services are fine, but follow the protocols.
Religious functions can be carried out with the participation of people, as long as they comply with the protocols signed by the Government with their respective confessions (with limited access, prohibition of assembly and respect for distance)
Less limitations for sports
You can do physical activity even outside the home (not close to home like in the red zone from December 24 to 27), but without leaving your municipality. By motor activity we basically understand a walk, with the obligation to wear a mask and maintain a distance of at least one meter. You can do sports like running or cycling without a mask (distance of two meters), but only individually and in the open air (the parks are open).
Less walking limitations
You can go for a walk, without the red zone restriction that you planned to stay close to home. You can always go out to throw the waste and bring yours cane to walk (without crowds and keeping a distance of at least one meter from other people)
Penalties up to € 1,000
The applicable penalty for those who violate the regulations is the administrative one, from 400 to 1,000 euros, possibly increased up to a third if the violation occurs due to the use of a vehicle.
