The president of the Puglia region, Michele Emiliano, based on information from the director of the Health Promotion Department, Vito Montanaro, reports that today, Monday, November 2, 2020 in Puglia, 4,060 tests for the infection were registered by coronavirus Covid-19 and 626 were registered positive cases: 206 in the province of Bari, 71 in the province of BAT, 47 in the province of Brindisi, 169 in the province of Foggia, 87 in the province of Lecce, 41 in the province of Taranto, 5 cases of residents outside the region.
9 deaths were recorded: 3 in the province of Bari, 2 in the province of Brindisi, 4 in the province of Foggia.
Since the beginning of the emergency, 567,098 tests have been carried out.
6,619 they are cured patients.
12,569 are currently positive cases.
The total of positive cases of Covid in Puglia is 19,928, divided as follows:
8,044 in the province of Bari;
2,187 in the province of Bat;
1,347 in the province of Brindisi;
4,810 in the province of Foggia;
1,447 in the province of Lecce;
1,949 in the province of Taranto;
144 attributed to residents outside the region;
The Asl Prevention Departments have activated all the procedures for the acquisition of anamnestic and epidemiological information, with the aim of tracing close contacts.
