Today in Friuli Venezia Giulia 456 new infections have been detected (13.37 percent of the 3,411 swabs made) and 18 deaths from Covid-19. This was announced by the Deputy Governor responsible for Health, Riccardo Riccardi.
Like every monday the number of certified buffers decreases, while staying high the number of victims, which reaches the second absolute record since the beginning of the pandemic, after the negative record of November 20, when the deaths were 20.
The current cases of infection are 10,209. The number of patients in intensive care treatment has increased to 47 (yesterday there were 43) and 407 (yesterday there were 401) hospitalized in other departments. The deaths totaled 546, with the following territorial subdivision: 251 in Trieste, 148 in Udine, 129 in Pordenone and 18 in Gorizia.
19,393 people who have tested positive for the virus in the region since the beginning of the pandemic, of which: 5,414 in Trieste, 7,754 in Udine, 3,763 in Pordenone and 2,222 in Gorizia, in addition to 240 people from outside the region.
The totally cured are 8,638, the clinically cured 154 and the people in isolation 9,601.
