Today in Friuli Venezia Giulia 377 new infections have been detected (12.93 percent of the 2,916 swabs performed) and 27 deaths from Covid-19. Of the new positivity to date, 70 refer to previous tests carried out in private laboratories from November 9 to 11. This was announced by the Deputy Governor responsible for Health, Riccardo Riccardi.
Like every Monday, there is a drastic drop in certified tests, while sadly the number of victims rises again, approaching the ‘peak’ of November 20, when the deaths related to Covid were 28.
The current cases of infection are 13,457. The number of patients in intensive care dropped to 55 (one less than yesterday) while the number of hospitalized patients in other departments rose to 565 (twenty more than the last bulletin). The deaths totaled 673, with the following territorial subdivision: 274 in Trieste, 220 in Udine, 156 in Pordenone and 23 in Gorizia.
The people who have tested positive for the virus in the region since the beginning of the pandemic amounted to a total of 25,035, of which: 6,334 in Trieste, 10,614 in Udine, 4,735 in Pordenone and 3,035 in Gorizia, in addition to 317 people from outside of the region.
The totally cured are 10,905, the clinically cured 252 and the isolated 12,585.

This is a 98-year-old man from Moggio Udinese who died in a nursing home; a 95-year-old man from Trieste who died at home; two 93-year-old women, one 86 and one 85 from Tolmezzo who died in an Asp; a 93-year-old man from Travesio who died in hospital; a 93-year-old woman from Torviscosa who died in hospital; a 92-year-old woman, an 89-year-old woman and an 88-year-old woman from Moggio Udinese who died in a nursing home; a 91-year-old woman from Cervignano del Friuli who died in hospital; a 90-year-old woman from Trieste who died at home; an 88-year-old Trieste woman who died in a nursing home; an 83-year-old woman from Gorizia who died in hospital; an 82-year-old man from Palmanova who died in hospital; an 80-year-old woman from Sesto al Reghena who died in hospital; an 80-year-old woman from San Giovanni al Natisone who died in hospital; an 80-year-old man from Manzano who died in hospital; an 80-year-old man from Trieste who died at home; a 79-year-old man from Codroipo who died in hospital; a 79-year-old man from Trieste who died in hospital; a 79-year-old man from Coseano who died in hospital; a 77-year-old man from San Giovanni al Natisone who died in his home; a 75-year-old man from Roveredo in Piano who died in hospital; a 65-year-old man from Paularo who died in the hospital and, finally, a 45-year-old man (with previous pathologies) from Duino Aurisina who died in the hospital.
Regarding the new positivity to the virus, 23 cases of people housed in regional structures were detected in the nursing home sector, while the health workers who were infected within the same structures were a total of 10.
With regard to the regional health system (SSR), the positivity for Covid of a nurse, two Oss and a doctor must register with the health authority of the Friuli Centrale University; at the West Friuli Health Authority of a nurse; in the health company of Giuliano Isontina University of a nurse, a technician and an Oss.
Finally, a person who has returned from Romania must be positive for the virus.
