The contagion data continues to worry since coronavirus in Europe. There France it still registers very high figures: the new cases of contagion in the last 24 hours were 16,972, for a total of 606,625. The contagion rate continues to rise and now stands at 7.9%. There were 49 deaths in the last 24 hours, for a total of 32,198. Contagion to the maximum, although with very different figures, those of Germany that, after having registered the record yesterday since the second half of April, with 2,673 infections, today it has 2,563 with another 19 deaths.

the Belgium exceeds the threshold of 10 thousand dead. According to the latest data from the institute of public health Sciensano, deaths are now 10,037. The situation in hospital wards is also worrisome: the number of patients hospitalized in intensive care it has increased by 50% between Friday, September 25 and Friday, October 1. 163 people are hospitalized, of which 72 are breathing thanks to ventilators, compared to the previous 109. According to Rtbf, the number of hospitalizations in these wards was not that high since June 2 (172).

Record since May 15 also in Russia, where 9,859 cases have been registered in the last 24 hours, reaching the total number of infected in the country 1.2 million. There are 174 victims in the last day. In India, on the other hand, the victims broke through 100 thousand, bringing the country to third place globally, while the total number of cases recorded since the start of the pandemic has risen to 6.47 million.

Meanwhile the Romania confirms the Balkan country with the highest number of deaths and infections by coronavirus. In the last 24 hours, 2,064 new cases of infection have been registered, with another 32 deaths. There Bosnia Herzegovina since yesterday 263 infections and six deaths were registered, Montenegro 244 new cases and two victims, North Macedonia 243 cases and four victims. Similar figures in Croatia, where there were 241 infections and two deaths, Bulgaria with 240 cases and six deaths, Slovenia where there were 227 infections with one victim in 24 hours. The number of victims in Serbia and Kosovo was more contained, with 107 cases and two deaths, and 53 new infections with three victims, respectively.
