The conviction of having the votes even without Renzi’s loyalists rests on the work begun by Senator Emanuela Dessì. The hunt aims to bring together eleven senators who should then organize themselves into an autonomous group. The operation that Conte is carrying out to bring in a dozen “builders” is ambitious and there are traces of Bruno Tabacci and Massimo D’Alema.
