Colleferro, the decision of the investigating judge: three of the suspects remain in prison for the death of Willy Monteiro, one goes to house arrest

Only Belleggia in front of the prosecutors would have said that he saw one of the Bianchi brothers beat Willy. Defended by lawyer Vito Perugini, he offered a totally different version of events than the one recorded by the other three boys, who instead claim that they did not “touch” the 21-year-old. According to his reconstruction, a “Trainspotting” fight broke out between Willy’s friends and Artena’s group, which included the alleged killers. Then, upon the arrival of the Bianchi brothers, the karate kicks and blows flew, resulting in the death of the 21-year-old.

The investigation, pending autopsy results which could lead to change the crime hypothesis (from manslaughter to voluntary murder), focuses on the last minutes of Willy’s life. The truth so far is that all the boys have admitted their presence in via Oberdan, in Colleferro, on the night between Saturday and Sunday. Also because, despite the surveillance cameras He could not film the scene, one of Willy’s friends immortalized them with his mobile phone. The dispute between the two groups actually begins a few hours before the murder of the 21-year-old. One of the hypotheses is that it was a comment on social networks under the photo of a girl that triggered everything. The verbal confrontation has passed into hands once the two groups have left the pub. It is at this point that Pincarelli and Belleggia have called the Bianchi brothers by phone to ask for their support. And they didn’t back down.

What happened in the next ten to twenty minutes is yet to be clarified. According to the newspaper The RepublicBelleggia told the magistrates that it was Gabriele Bianchi who dealt the fatal blow to the young man, putting his experience in the field of martial arts into practice. As reported by the Corriere della Serainstead, who cites some testimonies collected by the carabinieri, it was Belleggia who threw a “karate” kick in the boy’s face before leaving in a van with friends. Not even half an hour later the police find them in Artena, in the room of the Bianchi’s older brother, while they drink coffee and take them to the barracks.
