Two arrests for possession of cocaine for trafficking purposes. Execute them at dawn today, Wednesday November 18, by the State Police, following the precautionary custody order issued by the Aosta Court based on the investigations of the Flying Brigade. Handcuffed, under house arrest, they ended up Piero bredy (62 years old) and Marco Cabraz (28), both from Aosta. In the operation, called “White horse“, They were 20 grams of “snow” seized, already divided into doses and ready for sale.
The investigation, coordinated by the prosecutor Luca ceccanti, was released last May after “detectives” led by the chief commissioner Francesco Filograno Rumors had spread that a man, later identified as Bredy, was able to seize the drug and then sell it to Aosta. The first reports showed that the 62-year-old man had continuous contacts with different clients, also focusing on the technique used for the sale (and the price charged, 100 euros per gram).
Upon receiving the cocaine request, the trafficker personally went to the buyer’s house, or invited him to his house, located in a sheltered corner of the hill of the regional capital and accessible only by a long and winding agricultural road. The detainee is fond of horses: the seized drug, found in the home search, was hidden in a trough in the quadruped stable (hence the name of the operation). Hidden in the house (where they were scattered in several rooms and even inside a Grolla) they found instead more than 2,000 euros in cash, considered – they know from the Police Headquarters – “product of criminal activity.”
The other arrested, Marco CabrazFor the researchers, he was Bredy’s trusted person, a figure that also emerged from the conversations heard by the researchers. “Aware of the criminal business that his friend runs and to be able to count on the availability of cocaine from the latter – explains the Police – he also sold it in his own name to a circle of loyal customers“The statements of the twenty users monitored by the Mobile Narcotics section in the investigations, who confirmed to the investigators that they had bought the drug from Bredy and Cabraz on several occasions, also consolidate the evidence against the two.
