Given the increasing number of infections, it was decided to adopt restrictive measures through an imminent union ordinance that will include, among other things.
This is what the ordinance provides
The closure of the municipal village, with the exception of pedestrian traffic within it through the use of the accesses of via Scillitani and via Galliani from 7 to 14 and from 16 to 20, in compliance with the interpersonal safety distance of at least one meter. and with the obligation to wear the mask correctly, except for children under 6 years of age and those who have forms of certified incompatibility with the continued use of the mask.
Access to parks, gardens and green areas that are not fenced is exclusively conditioned to carrying out physical or sports activities in isolation or in the company of people who live together alone, with the prohibition of any type of recreational activity. In any case, any physical activity and / or sports in an organized and / or group way and it is strongly recommended to leave the area in case, due to the large number of users, it is not possible to maintain the physical distance required by current regulations .
The prohibition throughout the municipal term of the use of public benches and any other device suitable for use as a seat. Sitting alone in isolation and for short periods of rest as part of motor or sport activity is allowed.
The outside consumption of food and beverages in any container is prohibited throughout the municipality.
The public gardens of piazza Giordano are closed to the public 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
The closure to the public of via Lanza, corso Vittorio Emanuele II (section of via Diomede to via Oberdan / corso Garibaldi) and largo degli Scopari with prohibition to stay or pass through them, without prejudice to the possibility of access and exit, to legitimate businesses . and to homes.
The absolute prohibition of traffic, in the same areas, for any category of vehicle with the exception of emergency vehicles, police forces and vehicles at the service of disabled people with a credential in accordance with articles 188 of the Highway Code and 381 of the Regulations. of execution of the Highway Code.
The prohibitions of closing to the public are valid from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, taking into account that at 10 p.m. the driving bans established by the Decree of the Prime Minister of November 3, 2020 are activated .
The closure of Via Podgora to the public, with the prohibition of staying or passing through it, without prejudice to the possibility of access and exit, to legitimately open commercial establishments and homes. The absolute prohibition of traffic for any category of vehicle with the exception of emergency vehicles, police forces and vehicles that serve disabled people with credentials. It is also allowed the transit and parking of vehicles of residents with a credential for the use of paid parking in the specific sector. Via Podgora’s closing order is valid from 10 am to 8 pm every day of the week.
