Exception to the travel ban between regions

The most significant clarification contained in the government’s frequently asked questions refers to the possibility of small town movements even outside your own region, in orange days (December 28-29-30 and January 4), as long as they take place within a radius of 30 kilometers and not towards the provincial capital. The repeal involves 10 million Italians: many are those who live in municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants. When self-certification is needed / Pdf

the self-certification form does not change from the one already present on the ministry website. It is not mandatory to write in the Covid self-certification or communicate to the police the names of the people we go to (for example for Christmas lunch). In fact, for privacy reasons, we are not really required to do so. But in the form, however, you must indicate the reason for the move, departure address and arrival address.
