An explosion occurred in a factory in Casalbordino, in the province of Chieti.
The company “Esplodenti Sabino” in Contrada Termini disposes and recovers recovery powder. The news was confirmed by Mayor Filippo Marinucci who is at the scene. The Adriatic railway is stopped between Fossacesia and the port of Vasto due to the risk of other explosions.
Among the first to confirm the victims was the undersecretary of the Interior Ministry, Carlo Sibilia, who in a tweet spoke of three deaths.
