Yesterday, Monday, the Ministry of Health had decided to move Liguria, Tuscany, Abruzzo, Basilicata and Umbria to the orange zone, where Sicily and Puglia were already located.

If Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Campania and Friuli-Venezia Giulia also entered orange zone, the new rules would be the following:
