The president of the Campania Region, Vincenzo De Luca, signed an ordinance that contains measures to “limit mobility in general and between municipalities as much as possible, in the line of preventing rigor and to avoid contagion as much as possible” .

The ordinance provides, for the holiday period, the prohibition of moving to second homes even in the region and also provides, as of this weekend, “Rigorous controls at the main railway stations in Campania and at the Capodichino airport for a prevention and monitoring operation that also makes it possible to identify people on the move without motives or with symptoms.”

Diagnostic tests in case of body temperature higher than 37.5 degrees or in the presence of symptoms, even mild, attributable to Covid, and subsequently molecular smears in case of positive screening. Temperature measurements and screening are required.

The Crisis Unit of the Campania Region reiterates that “Today it is essential to have rigor and a sense of responsibility to avoid dramatic situations from January.”
