The Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, will sign a new ordinance in the afternoon that will take effect from Sunday, November 15. The Campania and Tuscany regions go into the “red” zone. The regions of Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Marche pass into the “orange” zone.
“I had just signed the ordinance that has been talked about so much in recent days and on which we have worked so hard with my councilors and my offices. Before publishing it, I wanted to personally call Minister Speranza and the minister has just informed me that Campania is a red zone ”, declared the Mayor of Naples Luigi de Magistris in a video posted on Facebook.
Campania and Tuscany thus join the other regions already declared “red” zones. These are Calabria, Lombardy, Piedmont, Valle d’Aosta and the autonomous province of Bolzano. The “orange” regions become nine: Liguria, Umbria, Abruzzo, Puglia, Basilicata, Sicily, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Marche. Lazio, Sardinia, Molise, Veneto and the autonomous province of Trento remain “yellow”.
