The president of the Campania Region, Vincenzo De Luca, has signed ordinance number 70 which makes the selection of school personnel mandatory.

The ordinance says: “In compliance with the provisions of article 2 of Decree Law No. 33/2020, reconverted with modifications by Law No. 74 of July 14, 2020, unless the act constitutes a crime other than that contemplated in article 650 of the Code Penal. , violations of the provisions of this Ordinance are punishable by payment, through an administrative sanction, in accordance with the provisions of article 4, paragraph 1, of the decree-law of March 25, 2020, n. 19, converted with amendments to Law 35 of 2020 and subsequent amendments“.

The payment provided for in section 1 of article 4 of the aforementioned decree ranges between 400 and 3000 euros. And then you specify: “In the event of repeated violation of this provision, the administrative penalty is doubled.“.
