Yesterday, the carabinieri of the mobile brigade arrested FG, a fifty-four-year-old from Sommatino, in execution of the order of precautionary custody in prison, issued by the Preliminary Investigations Judge of the local court, at the request of the Public Ministry, for having violated the prohibition of communicating with unrelated third parties. The man, investigated for sexual violence, child pornography and solicitation of minors, in recent days has violated this requirement by creating a profile on a well-known social network, with which he has contacted a minor victim of the crimes to which he owes answer. In the message to the minor the detainee wrote “Hello beautiful, I miss you“. The victim received the message and reported the incident to the mobile team. This conduct led the judge, less than a month after the granting of house arrest, to reestablish custody in prison, which was considered more appropriate in consideration of the suspect’s inability to control himself. FG had been detained by the mobile brigade in May. At the end of August the judge had relaxed the precautionary measure granting him house arrest and prescribing, among other things, the prohibition of communicating -in any way- with people different from those who live together. After the formalities, the agents took the detainee to the Malaspina prison in Caltanissetta. The man was arrested for the first time on May 27.
