Calabria, as of Sunday, will be officially in the yellow zone. This was confirmed by the acting president of the Calabria Region. Nino Spirlì through a video message on his Facebook page, after receiving a phone call from the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza. The publication in the Official Gazette will take place on Saturday, December 12. Spirlì’s announcement confirms what LaC News24 had written in the last hours.

What will be possible to do in the yellow zone?
It is allowed to move from from one municipality to another and in another region of the yellow zone, whereas specific reasons are needed to reach an orange or red region. However, the recommendation remains not to move except for proven reasons of health, work, study and situations of need.
Restaurants and bars can reopen until 6:00 pm which can then continue to operate for take out until 10 pm, there are no restrictions for home delivery.
They remain unchanged, as in the orange zone, the measures in force for shopping centers that will be closed on holidays and days before holidays, With the exception of pharmacies, parapharmacies, food outlets, tobacconists and newsagents. Swimming pools, gyms, theaters, cinemas, gaming halls, betting halls, bingo halls and slot machines remain closed. The activities stopped even in bars and tobacconists.
The restrictions on public transport also remain unchanged: up to 50% reduction for public transportation, except for school transportation.
