It was not an accident. Maria Paola Gaglione, the 22-year-old from Caivano who died the other night on a scooter, was attacked and killed by her brother, Antonio, 25. At the base of the persecution and aggression a homosexual relationship with a trans.

And so, the other night Antonio decided that it was time to intervene, even with violence.
The dynamics of the accident
As the two boys go to Acerra, the place where they have resided for a few years, the 25-year-old goes in pursuit of the couple aboard his Honda Adv. Only then does Antonio understand that something has gone wrong, that the lesson to be taught to the two lovers has turned into a tragedy. The rest is a well-known story: the carabinieri from the Compagnia di Acerra and the ambulance arrived at the scene. Doctors find out the death of the 22-year-old, while the boyfriend is hospitalized in the Villa dei Fiori clinic with multiple fractures, in shock, but without danger of life. After the lightning investigations, the circle tightens around the family of Maria Paola: Antonio Gaglione is interrogated at the barracks and placed in detention. Confess everything. He has to answer for murder and private violence compounded by homophobia. “I did shit – he told the military – I just wanted to give a lesson to my sister and her partner who infected her.”
