(ANSA) – BRUSSELS, DECEMBER 22 – The European Union will not close its doors to the United Kingdom and remains ready to negotiate beyond January 1. Hence the EU chief negotiator Michel Michel Barnier at the age of 27 as learned in Brussels.
The EU’s chief negotiator for Brexit, Michel Barnier, referring to the ambassadors of the 27th, said that “progress has been made” and that “most of the problems have been preliminarily closed or are close to an agreement.” However, according to EU sources, Barnier recalled that “differences in fisheries remain difficult to bridge.” The French went on to say that “unfortunately the UK is still not moving enough to conclude a fair fishing deal.” (HANDLE).
