Family tragedy on the outskirts of the province of Bergamo.
The 53-year-old woman’s son found dead in her home in Breno, Brescia, has confessed to the crime. “I put my hand around his neck,” said the 25-year-old, questioned by assistant prosecutor Roberta Panico.
Mother and son lived together in the apartment that was the scene of the crime under difficult conditions, from a social and economic point of view. The victim was struggling with mental problems and the son could not explain the reason for the gesture. The Brescia Prosecutor’s Office signed the arrest on charges of voluntary murder.
