It was a near tragedy: the woman is hospitalized in the Cardarelli, without danger of life, with the bullet in her hand. It will be operated in the next few days to extract it.

Tragic new year, however, in Asti. A 13-year-old boy died shortly after midnight from injuries to the abdomen caused by a firecracker. In total, there were 229 firefighter interventions tonight attributable to the New Year celebrations, a sharp decrease compared to last year, when there were 686, a change linked to restrictive measures taken to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. The highest number also this year in Lazio 45 (last year they were 171), Campania 40, Puglia 24, Veneto 19, Lombardy 18, Sicily 17, Liguria 16.
