Borsa, nightmare begins the week, but illuminated by a red flash. The collapse of the European squares, paying the fall in the Anglo-Saxon exchanges suffered on Friday May 1. The Milanese list starts the session badly and ends even worse, once again hurt by the bankers. But in the overall red, a flash of red marked a nice boost.
Widespread sales are making a comeback in Europe
The week begins badly for the European stock markets and Piazza Affari is no exception. L ‘Ftse Mib (INDEX: FTSEMIB) sold 3.6%, like the German and Spanish stock markets. Paris marked a fall of 4.2%. In Europe, fear seems to have returned. To tell the truth, not only in Europe but also in the rest of the world, at least in the United States. Because this drop is the result of the crash on the US stock exchanges that took place on Friday. And today, the downward opening of the US stock market has certainly not helped European stocks rebound after a nightmarish start.
Borsa, nightmare begins the week, but illuminated by a red flash
What worries not so much the size of the fall, but the strength of the recession and the absolute lack of reaction, which has not been seen in any of the European price lists. Today there have only been rain sales, especially in banks, which is still the weak link. Unicredit has sold more than 5%, Intesa more than 3%, but all the shares have fallen a little with sharp falls.
Only a few actions were saved. Juventus with an increase of 3%, in the bet of the resumption of the championship. Fincantieri, which thanks to the important order from the United States ended the increase by 11%. Ferrari is up 1.6%, which may seem small, but which instead acquires a good meaning of strength. In fact, in the middle of the session, the stock yielded almost 5%. Then prices changed direction and began to rise. Today was a quarterly day for Ferrari. The markets did not take it well initially. But obviously they must have thought better of it.
