The Decree of the Prime Minister of October 24 contains new urgent provisions for the prevention of the spread of covid-19, valid from October 26 to November 24, 2020. But in addition to the Dpcm (Prime Minister’s Decree), in Lombardy there are still in force until some more restrictive provisions as of November 13. Here are which ones.
Night curfew
In the Lombardy Region, from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the next day, only trips motivated by work needs, situations of need, emergencies or health reasons are allowed. In any case, it is allowed to return to the home, residence or residence. To justify the movements it will be necessary to present a self-declaration.
Shopping centers (almost) closed on weekends
On Saturdays and Sundays, the closing of large sales structures as well as retail stores within shopping centers is organized. This provision does not apply to the sale of food, pet food and products, cosmetic and personal hygiene products, household hygiene products, plants and flowers and related auxiliary products, as well as pharmacies, parapharmacies, tobacconists and monopoly resellers.
Prohibition of alcohol consumption in public places
The consumption of alcoholic beverages of any strength in public areas, including parks, gardens, and villas open to the public is always prohibited.

Distance learning: stop in class
As of October 26, the secondary schools and second-degree vocational training institutions must carry out their activity remotely for the entire class, if the conditions for carrying it out are already in place and unless there is any special educational need. . Other institutes are strongly advised to do their best in the shortest possible time to be able to carry out distance education as well. Laboratory activities, which can be performed in the presence, are excluded. School principals are also advised to differentiate between school entrances. Universities are encouraged to promote distance learning as much as possible.
