The ordinance recalls that the Municipal Operations Center, convened by the mayor permanently and continuously, monitors the situation in the city and coordinates the necessary interventions to protect the safety of the population and the city and that the Civil Protection of the Municipality of Naples and the police with the technical staff of public parks, municipalities, Napoli Servizi and all the subjects present in the Coc, immediately supervised the most affected areas, intervening to limit the inconvenience to traffic and road traffic. Therefore “it was prudently decided to adopt the same measures as the previous ordinance issued for today in order to prevent dangerous situations for road traffic and the safety of all inhabitants.”
