All the north and Tuscany are affected by bad weather due to an Atlantic disturbance that has led to intense phenomena. From the early hours of tomorrow the rains also spread to part of the Center, especially in the Tyrrhenian areas, with a strengthening of the winds near the Apennines. In addition, scattered rains are expected over Umbria, Lazio and Marche, and strong winds to hurricanes are expected in the latter region and Emilia-Romagna. The phenomena will be accompanied by heavy rains, lightning, local hailstorms and strong gusts, while many vacationers struggle with the counter exodus, which has caused sustained traffic in the nodes of Bologna, Genoa, Florence, Milan and Rome. The Civil Protection has established the red alert for hydrogeological risk in the north of Lombardy, orange in the rest of the Lombard territory, in the provinces of Trento and Bolzano, in the north of Veneto, part of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Liguria and Tuscany. Yellow alert in eastern Piedmont, Emilia Romagna, Marche, Umbria and Lazio. Firefighters carried out more than 450 interventions, due to floods, felled trees and water damage: from Asti to Milan and Monza 195, 120 interventions between Verona, Vicenza and Padua.
Lombardy

As expected, the rains granted afternoon respite in Liguria after a morning in which 250mm of water was recorded in 3 hours in Isoverde (Campomorone). The afternoon phenomena remained confined near the borders with Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy, in the Apennines in the eastern part of Liguria (17 mm in one hour in Rovegno, behind Genoa, on the border with the province of Piacenza). Starting in the afternoon, the rain resumed in La Spezia (a queue of instability already present in the morning) and in the Imperia area (4 mm in one hour Rocchetta Nervina): in this last aspect, these are the first signs of A crossing of the front that is expected to pass through the region at night, which could also bring hail and high lightning strikes. The Verde torrent, overflowing in places this morning at Campomorone, returned to shore in a few minutes. The wind is still strong, with gusts of up to 140 km per hour recorded in Fontanafresca. Hail over most of Veneto and tornadoes in the Verona area

The announced wave of bad weather has brought new hailstorms and violent storms in Veneto, especially affecting the Veronese area, which has already been heavily affected in recent days. The news is Il Mattino di Padova.
Coming from Mantovano, where the area hit by the hail turned out to be very significant, the bad weather has created serious inconvenience, especially in the Nogarole Rocca area, as evidenced by the numerous photos that residents are pouring on social media. Hail also confirmed in Isola della Scala, also in the Veronese area, and in the Garda area. Among the affected municipalities are Lazise, and in particular the town of Pacengo, and Peschiera del Garda.
Also in the Veronese area, a tornado was reported in the Erbè and Montecchia di Crosara area, causing substantial damage to the sports hall of the latter municipality. Damage to homes and warehouses was reported in Val d’Alpone, hence similar problems in Illasi and Colognola ai Colli.
And again: heavy rains and hail occurred in the Vicenza area, and in particular in Arzignano and in a wide range from this point. Serious damage suffered the sports facilities of the municipality of Vicenza. It also rained ice in Dueville.
In Padovano, brief but intense rains in most of the province and a few minutes of hail especially in Alta, between Piazzola sul Brenta and Campodoro, then in Tombolo and Mestrino.
Unfortunately, the list goes on. Hail in Valbelluna, from left to right Piave, but also in Belluno with damage to crops and machines. A tornado hit Ponte nelle Alpi, the Polpet and Nuova Erto area with serious damage to Palamares and some houses in the area, which were exposed. A landslide descended from Antelao along Rudan Creek, the grid over the full state highway. Civil protection is evaluating the need to evacuate some homes, also in Cadore.
Landslides and fallen trees in Friuli
Two landslides have been registered between Pontebba and Studena Alta and in Ovaro, in Carnia, due to the rains that are falling on Friuli Venezia Giulia at this time. This was announced by the regional civil protection. In these hours the front has passed through the foothills of Pordenone and is heading towards Carnia and Val Canale.
