You can go out?

Departures are limited only for reasons of need and urgency, but two people are allowed to leave once a day to visit or have lunch and dinner with family or friends (with the obligation to return home before 10 p.m.). Children under the age of 14 are not within the limit of two people and those who live in municipalities with fewer than 5,000 inhabitants may travel within a radius of 30 kilometers (but not to municipalities in the provincial capital). However, these are movements that must be self-certified. Situations of need could also include providing assistance to an older person living alone in another home. For lunches and dinners on holidays, the anti-contagion indications remain valid: masks are also worn indoors and between diners it is advisable to maintain an interpersonal distance of at least one meter.




You can move (maximum two people) to a single private house (friends or relatives), located in the same region, between 5 and 22. Children under 14 years of age and the disabled are not included in the count. Therefore, it is possible to move for the stated reasons.

For Christmas and Saint Stephen, can I have lunch at my house and invite family members to eat with me at home?

Home delivery is always allowed, even on days in the red zone (such as December 25) and it is also possible to carry until 10 pm. There is no real prohibition on inviting relatives, but only a recommendation to avoid family reunions and reunions that would increase the risk of contacts and therefore of contagion.

What stores can remain open?

Newsagents, tobacconists, pharmacies and parapharmacies, laundries, hardware stores, paint and construction materials stores, appliance resellers, computers and consumer electronics, optics and photography, gas stations, hairdressers and barbers, bookstores and stationery stores, florists, distributors of agriculture and gardening machinery, car and motorcycle dealerships, cosmetics, health, sporting goods, leisure, lingerie, clothing and footwear for children and toys.

With the confinement regime at the national level, it is possible to move within the same municipality only with self-certification and always only for the reasons provided in the form, including assistance to the elderly and not self-sufficient. But a derogation is foreseen for residents of small municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants and within a radius of up to 30 kilometers, but not for traveling to the provincial capitals.

Can I go to my second home?
