“In order to understand the basis of the measures and encourage the Regions and local authorities to closely plan the resumption of activities in presence, I invited them to share with the Ministry of Education the scientific data that motivated their decisions, to make known the Interventions carried out by the competent local health authorities for an adequate general organization of the new school year, to also represent what initiatives have been implemented and will be activated to guarantee efficient ways of organizing local transport, according to a well-defined and timely schedule. , also considering the related resources assigned by the Government ”.
