ATA Third Level Ratings – More and more applicants are writing to us highlighting how the procedure for updating scores is incomplete and sometimes punitive. For the times used, for the forgetfulness, for the dialogues not always opportune between schools.

Good evening I have a problem, I received from the first school a decree to correct the score, since they misjudged a grade, as a result of this, although the error was not attributable to me, they fired me. Now I wonder how much time I have to communicate the correction to the schools, also because those who called me and where I did not accept the substitute assignment because I reported my corrected score, they canceled me and told me that if the new list does not arrive, they will not call me.
If I accept the following assignment, what can I incur?

by Giovanni Calandrino – it should not be she who communicates the corrected score to the individual schools, but the main school that has validated the grades, as confirmed by art. 7.6 of Ministerial Decree 640/2017

In case of non-validation of the data director, in whose institution school occurs the case referred to in the previous paragraph, assumes the consequent determinations, both for the purposes of any criminal liability, in accordance with art. 76 of the DPR 12.28.2000, n. 445, both for the purposes of the exclusions referred to in article 8 below, and for the purposes the redetermination of scores, or the correspondence of titles / laboratory areas limited to the technical assistant profile and the positions assigned to the candidate in the club and school rankings, giving the consequent communication to the applicant and contextually to the educational institutions chosen in the school choice model as well as the information system for the necessary adjustments.

Question: If I accept the following assignment, what can I incur?

Upon dismissal, because the score is not validated
